1) Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping locally with no minimum purchase requirement.
2) What are your delivery hours?
Delivery Day: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, excluding weekends & public holidays.
Delivery Time Slots: 11 am to 6 pm (Subject to availability)
3) Can I shop from my phone?
Yes, our mobile-optimized online store supports all available payment methods for your convenience.
4) Are all in-store products available online?
Not at the moment. If there are specific products you'd like to see online, please contact us.
5) How do I exchange an item?
Exchange within 14 Days in new condition and with printed receipt (print the digital receipt that comes after purchase).
Sale items, washed, worn, altered are non-exchangeable.
6) Do I get a receipt?
The purchaser will only receive an instant digital receipt in their Paypal email inbox. The receipt reflects the item(s) and the price(s) in the package. We can mail receipts upon request by the purchaser if an e-mail address is unavailable. Terms and conditions apply.
7) Can I change/modify or cancel my order?
We strive to ship orders quickly. To cancel or change an order, contact us at (65) 6509 8066 (Mon-Fri, 11am-6pm) or WhatsApp (65) 8901 3570. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed or shipped.
8) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
9) What is my Order Number?
Your order number is displayed on the "Review your order" page after checkout and will also be emailed to you by NsBoutiques.com for your reference.

10) What is my Order Status?
For local order, you can contact to our customer service via Tel: (65) 6509 8066 (Monday- Friday, 11am to 6pm) or WhatsApp (65) 8901 3570.
For oversea order, we will email you updates about your order including a shipping update with the tracking number.
11) Can I call in to reserve?
You may try out the items that you intend to purchase in our outlets. For your convenience, you may call in to reserve your items on Monday to Friday (11am to 6pm).
12) How do coupons and discount work?
Coupons are to be used only for similar category items. One coupon code to be used for each Shopping Cart at any one time. For different category items, purchase separately with different coupon code.
Eg. Scenario 1 ( GSS item A + GSS item B) or ( Sales item A + Sales item B): Same coupon code for each Shopping Cart.
Scenario 2 ( GSS item A + Sales item B) or ( Sales item A + GSS item B): Check out each item at different Shopping Cart individually.
